Beloved, Good afternoon,
I truly pray that this note finds you well, rested and ready on this wonderful faithful Friday…
Before I go any further let me say a BIG thank you to all the saints who continues to rise early each weekday morning and join us in prayer. I have been extremely blessed by the hour we spend together in prayer. Also, the devotional leaders have been tremendous each morning. We have received some very powerful and provoking devotional thoughts each morning. Your prayers mean so much to me, the congregation and the leadership. THANK YOU ALL.
Today we are praying for all of those that are on our prayer bulletin and our prayer list. Please continue to pray for Denna and Richard Pace who are in Cleveland preparing for another operation. We know what God has done and we also know what God can do. Pray for our seniors, sick and shut-in, our children and youth. Let’s pray for those who are traveling this week and throughout the summer that God will guide and protect them.
On Monday, June 15, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. I am asking our entire Church Leadership to attend this Episcopal training session as I continue to move in the process of becoming bishop. I need you to hold up my arms throughout this process.
This Sunday we will honor and recognize our graduates, there are over 15 students that we will celebrate. We are so proud of them and please pray for them as they move to another level in life.
This evening, Friday, June 12, 2015 at 6:30p.m. we will have a block party in our parking lot for our youth. Please bring your youth to this event for plenty of fun, food and fellowship.
In preparation for the word this weekend, let me encourage you to read Joshua chapter 3 with particular focus on verses 1-8.
Let me assure you of my love and prayers and remind you again of how proud I am to be:
