Beloved, Good Afternoon,
I pray that this note finds you well and that you have had a blessed and productive week.
This morning I attended the funeral of Deacon George Smith, Jr., at Beulah Baptist Institutional Church. What a great homegoing celebration for such a great man. Our prayers are with Mother Mae O. Smith his wife, she is a member of our church.
I want to encourage you to continue to pray for our members who are walking through grief and loss of their family members. Pray for Sis. Leslie Berrien and Michael Wilson, Elaine and Jerome Ramsey and Mother Butler family. Also, pray for Sis. Pam Edwards mother and Sis. Pam. Pray for Sis. Leola Turner daughter “Cynthia Woods” she is very ill in Boston.
Of course we are praying for the county Nepal and all those impacted by the derailing of the train. Many lives have been loss in Nepal by the earthquake and the Amtrak train accident. Sis. Rujel Buggs came through surgery and let us keep her in our prayers.
Please be in prayer for Vannessa Waddel, Brianna Berrien, Deanna Pace and Richard, TruShielda Hankerson, Brenda Burney and Bro. Coffee. Continue to be om prayer for Charlotte Coffe, Kenneth Eubanks, Bertha Kemp, Hilrie Kemp, Janet Jarvis, Ralph Underwood, Dr. Charles Booth and Pastor Bob Mclure. Let us continue to pray for our seniors, sick and those in sorrow .
In preparation for the word this Sunday let me encourage you to read the entire chapter of John 21 as we continue our series entitled “Growing In the Gaps.”
