34th Street Church of God Corona Virus Update

Greetings 34th Street Church of God:

 

As we journey through these unprecedented times, we pray you are well and practicing all the CDC recommendations to maintain your health and safety.  We are committed to the safety and wellbeing of our members and community.  More importantly, we want to keep you informed about Leadership’s decisions in moving our church forward.  Herein is a brief update regarding how 34th Street Church of God will progress through this pandemic.

 

Worship, Prayer & the Word

• Until further notice, we will continue Sunday Worship ONLINE at 10:00 AM via the church website (34thstreetcog.org) and Facebook (34thStCOGTampa).
• Likewise, 7 PM Wednesday Night Bible Study will continue ONLINE via the church website and Facebook.
• Monday – Friday 6 AM tele-prayer line is uninterrupted.
• The dial in number is 605.475.4000 and the access code is 689056.
• Small groups are encouraged to meet regularly.  If you need to connect with a small group contact Sonya Hadley at (813) 417-1953.

 

 Scheduled Events

• The 40th Pastoral Celebration will not be as usual.  However, our spirit of celebration continues.  To that end, we will have two Appreciation Sundays in June.  On Sunday, June 14, 2020, we will acknowledge Lady Marva Scott and monetary gifts may be given as listed below under the GIVING heading and on Sunday, June 28th, 2020, we will acknowledge Bishop Thomas Scott and monetary gifts may be given the same as listed below.
